The contention of the petitioners is that they have approached the respondent No.2- District Collector for waiver of loan pursuant to the Scheme reflected in the Government Resolutions dated 28-6-2017 and 27-12-2019, however till this date, the petitioners are not communicated about the decision taken.

Issue notice before admission to the respondents, returnable on 30-4-2024.
