It is the case of the petitioner that the execution was filed beyond the period of 12 years, which was expired on 18th January, 2022, whereas the present execution proceeding was filed on 4.2.2023 and on raising such objection, the same was rejected. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 8.4.2024. 3.

The Petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

The office objection, if any, be removed before the returnable date.

In the meantime, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo.
