Learned counsel of both sides, on instructions, make a statement that the petitioner would deposit principal amount before the District Consumer Commission, Nagpur within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, records no objection for relegating matter back to the Dispute Redressal Commission, Nagpur for decision of proceeding afresh on merits.

The statements are accepted as an undertaking. 4.

The petitioner to deposit principal amount within a period of two weeks from today. If the amount is so deposited then only proceeding stands relegated back to the Dispute Redressal Commission, Nagpur for decision afresh. If the amount is not deposited, this petition shall stand dismissed. 5.

Needless to say that deposit of amount shall not be construed as an admission on the part of the petitioner of any claim of the respondent.

Both parties are directed to appear before the Dispute Redressal Commission, Nagpur on 21st July, 2025. The Commission is not required to issue any fresh notice to the parties.
