Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that in terms of clause (v) of paragraph No.25 of the order dated 31.1.2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3717 of 2022, an opportunity of hearing will be granted to the petitioners before deciding the appeal.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage. It would be open to the petitioners to challenge the order impugned after final order is passed in the appeal and if such order affects the rights of the petitioners.
