DATED : 24-04-2024 We are informed by the learned Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 that they are supporting the cause of the petitioners and their petition challenging the very order impugned is under process.

Be that as it may, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in an identical matter this Court has passed an order dated 18-4-2024 in Writ Petition No.2643/2024 thereby staying the impugned communication for the reasons recorded which are also germane to the cause which is sought to be challenged in the present petition.

The respondents though were given chances, have not filed their reply.

In view thereof, we deem it appropriate to pass the interim order in terms of prayer clauses (E) and (F). 5.

Post the matter for further consideration on 09-7-2024.
