State of Maharashtra, Writ Petition No. 5355/2019 and other connected matters decided on 27.01.2022, condition Nos.2 and 4 which are identical to the same conditions 2 and 4 as were under consideration therein have been set aside. The matter, is therefore, covered, in view of which, the petition is allowed in terms of Paragraph No. 13(ii) of the judgment dated 27.01.2022 in Writ Petition No.5355/2019 and other connected matters.
