The questions involved in the present writ petition, namely, whether the revision was filed within the reasonable time after the change report was accepted, whether the revisional Court is right in going into the merits of the matter though the revision was filed after three years and similar other issues which are necessary to be dealt with in this writ petition.

It is informed that on 7th April 2024 elections of the trust are scheduled to be held.

In the circumstances, issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 18/04/2024. 5.
Ms Sangeeta Jachak, learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent
2 16-WP2302-2024 Nos. 1 and 2 and Shri K.P. Mahalle, learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No.3.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent Nos. 4 to 10 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

Shri Mahalle, learned counsel for the respondent No.3-who has issued notice of election, which is scheduled to be held on 7th April 2024, on instructions, makes a statement that till next date the respondent No.3 will not proceed with the election and will not delete the name of the petitioner from Schedule-I.

The Statement is accepted.
9.
The office objections, if any, be removed before the returnable date.
