At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the bank account of the petitioner has been frozen by the respondent No.2/Bank and the petitioner, therefore, is facing difficulties in releasing salary of its employees. 4.

In the circumstances, the respondent No.2/Bank is directed to allow the petitioner to operate the bank account, by keeping 50 % of the decreetal amount to the account.

The petitioner may operate the bank account, however, the petitioner is not permitted to withdraw the amount more than the half amount of Rs.1,59,71,544/-.
