It is informed that both the counsel that the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, has started functioning and the appeal pending before the said authority could be heard. The present petition came to be filed as at the relevant time, the Tribunal was not functioning. In this petition, as per order dated 10.04.2024, the following arrangements have been made:

"4. In the circumstances, the respondent No.2/Bank is directed to allow the petitioner to operate the bank account, by keeping 50% of the decreetal amount to the account.

5. The petitioner may operate the bank account, however, the petitioner is not permitted to withdraw the amount more than the half amount of Rs.1,59,71,544/-."

Therefore, the present petition does not survive. However, there will be no prejudice if the same arrangement is continued during the pendency of the appeal before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, as respondents were heard while passing this order. As such, we direct the Tribunal to continue the interim arrangements during the pendency of appeal.

The petition stands disposed of has become infructuous.
