The learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondent Nos.4 to 8.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent Nos.1 to 3 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. 4.

The office objections, if any, be removed before the returnable date.

Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioners at this stage, submits that, the Tahsildar may effect the mutation entry at any time. In that view of the matter, the parties are directed to maintain status quo as regards mutation entry in dispute.
