The Petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by private mode, in addition to the regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

The Office objections, if any, be removed on or before the returnable date.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner is pressing for ad interim relief, prohibiting the respondents from withdrawing the amount to the tune of Rs.3,00,000/-deposited by the petitioner before the State Consumer Redressal Commission, Bench at Nagpur.

In the present matter, as the issues namely, whether the complainant is the consumer and whether the Amravati Bench has jurisdiction to entertain the present dispute, are involved, which goes to the root of the matter.
