Learned counsel of both sides, on instructions, make a statement that the petition be disposed of in following terms : (i) Interim relief granted by the Industrial Court in term of clause No.(iii) stands vacated.

(ii) The issue as to the entitlement of the complainant to get benefit of the post of Traffic Inspector (TI) is also kept specifically open to be decided on merit by Industrial Court.

(iii) The application of the respondent for considering her to the post of Assistant Traffic Inspector (ATI) shall be considered within a period of one month as per clause (ii) of the impugned order.

(iv) The Industrial Court to decide the Complaint (ULP) No.61/2023 on merit as expeditiously as possible. 2.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
