Issue notice to the respondent, keeping the point of delay and laches in approaching this Court against the order dated 12/09/2023 passed below Exhs.70 and 72, returnable on 22/04/2024.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

In the meantime, if the petitioners move any application for adjournment, the learned trial Court shall consider it positively.

The office objections, if any, be removed before the returnable date.
