Admittedly, the statutory remedy is available to the petitioner in terms of Section 112 of the Central Goods and Sales Tax Act, 2017.

We grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal by keeping open all the questions.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of. 5.

Interim relief to continue for a period of four weeks from today, within which period the petitioner may file appeal. We make it clear that, after four weeks, the interim relief shall stand vacated automatically.
