The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 03.04.2024 granting injunction to issue the T.C.

There is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and respondent no.1. The daughter of the petitioner is staying with petitioner at Yavatmal. Earlier she was staying with petitioner and respondent no.1 at Akola and studying there. The petitioner had took her daughter when she left the matrimonial house and filed the divorce petition. In custody matter filed by respondent the ex-parte order is passed and direction is given to the school not to issue the Transfer Certificate of her daughter to the petitioner. The petitioner has taken admission of her daughter at Yavatmal and the

wp2534.24.O.odt school has given admission on condition that she should submit T.C. before completing the academic year.

The respondent is served but none appeared.

As the daughter is staying with the petitioner and she is studying at Yavatmal, direction is given to respondent no.2 to issue T.C. within a period of 15 days to the petitioner.

Stand over after Summer Vacation, 2024.
