Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Divisional Level Committee, Amravati vide its order dated 06.08.2021 and District Level Committee, Amravati vide its order dated 23.09.2020, have not considered the applications of petitioner on the ground that he failed to produce the document prior to year 2005. Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited my attention to the record of the year 1980, a notice was given by the Forest Guard to remove the encroachment. 3.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is partly allowed. The orders dated 06.08.2021 passed by the Divisional Level Committee, Amravati and order dated 23.09.2020 passed by the District Level

2 27-WP-2567-2024.odt Committee, Amravati are hereby quashed and set-aside and the proceeding is remitted back to the Divisional Level Committee to decide it afresh within a period of two months from today. No order as to costs.
