The petitioner is challenging the order dated 01.11.2023 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati in Revision No.294/RTS-59/Vivekanand Nagar/2018-2019 and order dated 11.09.2018 passed by the Additional Collector, Buldhana in Appeal No.RTS-59/Vivekanand Nagar/67/2016-2017.

The petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy against the orders passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati and Additional Collector, Buldhana to file a revision before the State Government and this issue is already considered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and

2 34-WP-2597-2024.odt Others reported in 2015 AIR SCW 6277 SUPREME COURT decided on 06.11.2015. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of as not maintainable. No order as to costs.

The petitioner may file revision before the State Government within a period of six weeks. Delay caused in prosecuting the present writ petition be taken into consideration while considering the application for condonation of delay.
