DATED : 3rd APRIL, 2025 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits, that the since appeal is pending before the respondent No.4, he would be satisfied with the direction of expeditious decision of the appeal. Since, by the order dated 11.7.2024, the State has been restricted not to take any further steps in the form of finalizing the proposal pursuant to the advertisement dated 25.6.2024, we direct the respondent No.4 to decide the appeal pending before him within a period of 30 days from today. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. The interim order 11.7.2024 shall continue till decision of the appeal within 30 days. All pending application, if any are disposed off. No costs.
