DATED : 22nd APRIL, 2024 Since the controversy involves a limited issue as to whether the Rules of 1998 or Rules of 2015, are applicable for the post of promotion to the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest, the parties are willing to work out the matter finally at the stage of admission itself and with this intent undertake to file their submissions as well as reliance by 29th April, 2024, with an advance copy to each other.
