DATED : 11th MARCH, 2025 After hearing for sometime, when the Court was not inclined to interfere considering the paucity of the material on record to prima facie demonstrate a claim of the second marriage by one Pravin Bhalawi, employed with the respondents, against whom a claim for initiation of the departmental enquiry on this ground is being made, the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the employer again with some material which would at least prima facie point out the veracity of the allegation of second marriage.
