Learned counsel for the respondent filed a pursis dated 12.08.2024 wherein he specifically stated that pursuant to the order passed by the Industrial Court, Akola partly allowing complaint ULP Case No.56/2023, the petitioner/employer vide letter dated 06.07.2024 permitted the respondent to join his duty from 01.11.2023 and the respondent had already joined the same.
