Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Writ Petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.

At this state learned counsel for the petitioner points out that this Court in Writ Petition No.6949/2023 vide order dated 11th March, 2024 permitted the petitioner to lead evidence, if any, within a period of one month from the date of order.

This Court further directed the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously within a period of three months thereafter.

The petitioner submits that this period of one month may be extended to record the evidence of defendant No.6. For the ends of justice I am of the opinion that no prejudice would be caused to the plaintiff if such permission

Accordingly, time period is extended by 15 days from today within which if petitioner/defendant No.6 may record his evidence if he so desires.
