DATE : 14.02.2025 It appears that this Court while issuing notices on 23/04/2024, granted stay to Clause (III) of the impugned judgment and order. However, it is informed that the Executing Court proceeded with the matter. The order passed by my Predecessor on 23/04/2024 has to be read as, stay to the execution to the extent of Clause (III) of the impugned judgment. The learned Executing Court take note of the same and stay its hand to proceed with the execution till final decision of this Court.
