Hence, due to non-supply of copies even after grant of sufficient opportunity, the petition shall stand dismissed against aforesaid respondents in default, in terms of Chapter XVII Rule 7 (iii) of Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, without reference to the Court of Registrar (Judicial), if no steps are taken against the aforesaid respondents within four weeks.
