In view of the fact that the petitioner was appointed against the seat reserved for Scheduled Tribe category and the claim of the petitioner was negated, the services of the petitioner were kept on supernumerary post as per the policy of the government.

We hardly see any reason to cause interference particularly when the order impugned thereby directing the services of the petitioner to be taken on supernumerary post were in accordance with the existing policy.
