The petitioners are assailing the order dated 27.03.2024 passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner in Revision Case No.38/RTS-64/2023, rejecting the application filed by them for impleadment. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent No.1(a) and 1(b) pointed out that the application, which is at page No.84 of the present petition, shows that the present petitioners' names have appeared in the application. But it seems that same was signed by the learned counsel inadvertently representing himself as counsel for the respondent Nos.5 to 8.

Therefore, without going to the controversy in the present writ petition, the petitioners are permitted to file a fresh application before the Divisional Commissioner and same be considered on its own merits. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
