The learned Counsel for Respondent seeks time. The learned Counsel for Petitioner has drawn attention of the Court that the contempt proceedings filed by the Respondent is scheduled for hearing tomorrow. He submits that the Officers concerned are from Akola and they would be required to cause their appearance in the Court at Buldhana. He, therefore, seeks exemption of the Contemnors from appearance in the said proceedings for tomorrow. The learned Counsel for Respondent records consent for the same.

In view of this, proposed Contemnors in Misc. Complaint (ULP) No. 2/2025 pending before the Labour Court at Buldhana are exempted from appearance on tomorrow i.e. on 19/6/2025.
