This Court has prima facie observed about the lack of bona fide on the part of the respondents in effecting transfer of petitioner.

That being so, in view of the objection raised by learned counsel for petitioner, we deem it appropriate to saddle cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to be paid by respondent No. 1 who has failed to comply with the order of this Court dated 29.4.2024 as though directed neither original record is produced nor reasons are furnished for failure to produce the same.

We deem it appropriate to grant time of two weeks, in this backdrop. The Court also expect the narration of reasons in the affidavit to be filed for non compliance. 5.

Cost to be paid on or before next date and acknowledgment thereof be produced on record which shall be the basis for accepting an affidavit to be filed on behalf of
