According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, there is no compliance of the order passed by this Court on 29th April, 2024 and 14th June, 2024 by the respondent nos. 1 to 3 and 5, however, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for them submitted that such order passed on 14th June, 2024 was not indicating as to whom the costs should be given and therefore the amount has not been paid. He submits that those respondents are ready to give the costs if that clarification is made. SKNair

Therefore, we now clarify that the amount imposed as costs of Rs.10,000/- be given to the petitioner within a period of one week from today and the petitioner should give his acknowledgment upon receiving of the said amount.

Now, it is stated on behalf of the petitioner that reply has not been filed as directed, learned Assistant Government Pleader points out that it has been explained in the affidavit as to what were the contentions of the respondents to file the reply. 4.

Now, in view of the fact that there is a reply, it appears to have been filed on 27th June, 2024, we take that it is sufficiently complied with. If the copy is not supplied to the petitioner, then it be supplied by the respondent forthwith.

Respondent no.4 has also filed reply, therefore the pleadings are complete. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that he is having record and is ready to give inspection of the record to the petitioner. The petitioner's advocate is ready to take inspection of the record on or before 7th August, 2024. 6.

Place the matter for further consideration on 13th August, 2024.
