According to Mr. Sadavarte, the position of law is well settled in the case of State of Punjab and others Vs. Rafique Masih (White Washer) and others reported in 2015(4) SCC 334 and he would further place reliance upon the decision of this Court dated 24.6.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 2142/2021 (Mangesh Joshi Vs. State).
