In this petition, the order dated 13/10/2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Nagpur under Section 73-CA(1) Sub-Section

(4) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 and Rule 58 of the Rules of 1961 is under challenge. 2.

During the course of arguments, it is revealed that a revision is also filed before the Hon'ble Minister, Co-operation, Mumbai challenging the aforesaid order dated 13/10/2023, which is pending with the Hon'ble Minister.

In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that since it is not permissible to avail two remedies at the same time, it will be proper to dispose of this petition with a direction to the Hon'ble Minister to decide the revision expeditiously.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Hon'ble Minister, Co-operation, Maharashtra State, Mumbai to decide the revision filed by the petitioner expeditiously and in any case, within four months from today.

The petitioner undertakes to submit the copy of this order before the Hon'ble Minister within one week from today.
