The record indicates that inspite of the statement recorded on 24.01.2025, of Mr. Kasat, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, based upon the pursis of the same date, the encroachments by way of construction made in respect of the land bearing survey nos. 5/4, 5/5, 5/2 and 5/1, have not been removed. This would indicate that in fact there was no removal of the unauthorized construction in their totality. The respondents no.2 and 3 are directed to take appropriate steps forthwith and report removal of unauthorized construction.
