We have perused the order dated 24.04.2024 passed in Writ Petition No. 2236 of 2024.

This Court having noted that the suspension of licence was only on technical ground of owner causing objections. The fact remains that it is not the case of the the respondentLicencing Authority that the petitioner by any means violated necessary or mandatory licence conditions or conducted itself in such a manner which would give rise to likelihood of an accident.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to cause notice, returnable on 09.07.2024.
