The prayer for issuance of notice is not only rejected by the Deputy Collector but also by the Scrutiny Committee on the ground that the claim of the petitioner is not substantiated by the documentary evidence.

We have seen the order of the Scrutiny Committee. 3.

The fact remains that prima facie the petitioner has failed to demonstrate that he belongs to 'Koli Mahadeo' (Scheduled Tribe).

At this stage, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file additional affidavit.

By way of last chance, time till 01-07-2024 is granted to file additional affidavit.
