The contention is whether the petitioner, who is dealing with Mining business liable to pay Service Tax/Goods and Sales Tax (GST) on the royalty, is informed to be subjudice before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

It is claimed that in the pending outcome already interim reliefs are ordered. In support of which learned Counsel places reliance on the order dated 11-01-2018 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 37326/2017.

In view of above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27-06-2024.
