This Petition takes exception to the orders passed by the Trial Court dated 01.04.2024 below Exhs.90 and 91 in Spl.C.S. No.14/2019.

By consent of the parties the order dated 01.04.2024 passed below Exh.90, is hereby quashed and set aside.

The application filed by the Petitioner/plaintiff at Exh.90 is allowed. The Trial Court shall allow the Petitioner to implead Respondent No.9 herein as party defendant to the suit.

I have perused the order passed below Exh.91 and I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition against it. However, it would be open to the Petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court for interim injunction. If such application is filed, the learned Trial Court shall decide it on its own merits. 6.

The interim order passed by this Court dated 06.05.2024, shall remain in force for a period of eight weeks. 7.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

Pending application/s, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
