JUNE 16, 2025 Having heard for some time, it appears that respondent No.1 has, while allowing the revision filed by respondent Nos. 6 and 7, observed that the petitioner failed to file appeal before the Sub Divisional Officer within the stipulated time i.e. 90 days and further failed to file application seeking condonation of delay. Respondent No.1 has further observed that there is nothing in the order passed by respondent No.3 - Sub Divisional Officer condoning the delay in filing appeal by the petitioners challenging the order dated 05.10.2018. Counsel for petitioner submits these observations of respondent No.1 are perverse. He submits that along with appeal, an application seeking condonation of delay was filed and it was considered by respondent No.3.

The petitioners, however, have not filed on record copy of application seeking condonation of delay and order passed thereon by respondent No.3. The petitioners shall, therefore, place on record the aforesaid copy for further consideration. 3.

List once the documents are so filed.
