Record reveals that by an Order dated 16.06.2025 the petitioner was directed to place on record a copy of application for condonation of delay and the order passed by the respondent No.3 thereon and thereafter, by an Order dated 21.07.2025, further time of three weeks was granted to place the same on record.

Today, when the matter is listed, again a request is made on behalf of Mr. Borkar, for grant of time for the same purpose.
