DATE : 07.03.2026 Although on earlier dates, the petitioner has sought time to place on record the copy of application for condonation of delay and order passed by the respondent No.3 thereon, however, today again time is sought for the same purpose.

The record reveals that the petitioner has failed to file the relevant documents despite repeated orders passed by this Court.

Time of two weeks is granted to the petitioner to file the application for condonation of delay and the order passed by the authorities. On failure of the petitioner to submit the said documents, the petition shall stand dismissed.
