Since the matter pertains to removal of names from the final voter list, the learned counsel for the petitioners points out that there is an urgency in the matter.

In that view of the matter, issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 17.05.2024.

The learned AGP waives service of notice for the State. 5.

The Petitioners are permitted to serve the other respondents by private mode, in addition to the regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

The Office objections, if any, be removed on or before the returnable date.
