The learned counsel for respondent - Milind Co-operative Magasvargiya Housing Society (i.e. respondent no. 25 in WP No. 2994/2024 and respondent no. 3 in WP No. 3061/2024) submitted that he is filing his reply during the course of the day. He further makes a statement that, the State Co-operative Election Authority has directed the Society not to conduct the election till 31/05/2024. In view of that, place the matter on 14/06/2024. 2.

Further, on instructions, he makes a statement
