The dispute pertains to addition of names of voters illegally in the voter list. It is submitted that, the respondents may declare the election at any time. 2.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 20.06.2024.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the remaining respondents by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

The office objections, if any, be removed before the returnable date.

Liberty is granted to move in Vacation Court if such occasion arises.
