Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. The learned Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4 seeks time to file reply.

It appears that Vakalatnama is filed since long, matter was adjourned time to time but, no reply is filed. 3.

It is the order dated 16.02.2024, passed by Returning Officer, which is under challenged before this Court. It is submitted that the petitioner is a Member of the "Karan Matsyavyavsay Co-operative Society Ltd., Malegaon (Respondent No.2). The respondent No.1, on 31.01.2024, published the program for finalizing the voters list along with the provisional voter's list of the respondent No.2 Society.

At this stage, learned Assistant Government Pleader requested for time to ascertain, which Government Resolution is relied on while rejecting the membership of the petitioner.

List the matter on 30.01.2025 at 02.30 pm.

It is made clear that, learned Assistant Government Pleader assures that the Returning Officer will not proceed in the matter till tomorrow.
