On last date of hearing counsel for the petitioner was heard for some time. On that he sought time to take instructions for withdrawal of the petition to pursue the appeal on merit before the Appellate Court.

Today, on instructions, he seeks withdrawal of both the petitions with direction to the Appellate Court to expeditiously dispose of the appeal bearing Regular Civil Appeal No.33/2023 and Regular Civil Appeal No.32/2023. 3.

Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

All contentions sought to be raised in this petition by the petitioner are specifically kept open for its agitation before the Appellate Court.

The Appellate Court is directed to decide the Regular Civil Appeal No.33/2023 and Regular Civil Appeal No.32/2023 expeditiously.
