MAY 08, MAY 08, (1) The only grievance raised in the present Petition is for deciding the Representation by the Respondent No. 3 seeking cancellation of one of the PAN cards issued to the Petitioner. (2) Mr. Parchure, learned Counsel for the Respondents, upon instructions, makes a statement that the Respondent No. 3 is in the process of cancelling one of the PAN cards issued to the Petitioner bearing No. ETKPK1453C. According to him, the entire process will be completed within a period of three weeks from today, accepting the said statement, the Petition stands disposed of.
