Shri Dhawas, learned counsel waives service for the respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent Nos.3 and 4 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. 4.

The office objections, if any, be removed before the returnable date.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, before the final order was passed on application Exh.5, this Court has granted status quo and after the rejection of application Exh.5 during the pendency of the miscellaneous

12.wp.3140.24.odt appeal, the status quo was operating. It is submitted that, if the interim protection is not granted, the respondents may demolish the poultry farm of the petitioner and if it happens the petition would render infructuous. 6.

Shri Dhawas, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 seeks time in this matter and makes a statement that, till next date, he would not take any coercive action against the petitioner.

The statement is accepted.
