The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the respondent No.2 - Sub Divisional Officer reducing the amount of compensation from 18,63,208/- to 3,29,754/- without giving any opportunity. While giving reply to the notice issued by the petitioner, respondent No.2 asked to go before the Arbitrator. The petitioner has prayed to stay the effect, operation and execution of revised award dated 20.09.2022.
