2.

The present writ petition, which was filed in the year 2024, is listed before this Court for the first time in the year 2026 for orders. The office note indicates that the second set of the petition has not been filed. A perusal of the farad sheet reveals that on 28th March, 2024, this Court had directed that the present writ petition be listed before the appropriate Bench. Thus, the petitioners were aware that the second set of the petition was required to be filed.

3.

Even after passage of two years, neither the second set of the petition has been filed nor the petitioners have taken any steps to get the matter circulated for passing orders. 4.

A further perusal of the farad sheet reveals that the present petition was listed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 7th October, 2024, 11th November, 2024, 15th September, 2025, and 29th September, 2025 for compliance regarding filing of the second set of the petition.

4.WP.3185.2024 2/2 5.

On 29th September, 2025, the learned Registrar (Judicial) granted a last chance for filing the second set of the petition. Since the second set has still not been filed, the present petition is listed before this Court today.

6.

The aforesaid circumstances clearly indicate that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present writ petition. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
