The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the Additional District Collector, Wardha in revision and as the revisional authority i.e. the Divisional Commissioner is not available during the period of elections, therefore, the limited prayer is made not to create third party interest in the property during this period.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable after vacation.

As during the period of elections the Divisional Commissioner is not available status quo as on today is granted till the next date of hearing.
