Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur shall endeavour to decide the Revision filed by the Petitioners against the order impugned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The interim order passed by this Court dated 17.05.2024 in the form of status quo shall remain in force till the disposal of the Revision.

The Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
